Kohinoor Kaur, the founder and managing partner of Jhann KL, manifests her passion for F&B and progressive cooking in this modern and beautifully-decorated family establishment. Kohi is the creative brain behind these modern renditions of the traditional Mogul Indian dishes which her mom, Del Ghoman, has mastered in her 15 years of culinary experience. Covering these delicious dishes was as much an aromatic indulgence as a visual delight. Tandoor Grilled Chicken, Tiger Prawn Masala and Kerala Fish Curry were among the many dishes on their menu which I was tasked with photographing for their social media and advertising.
